• Individual and family therapy sessions
• Substance Abuse/Addictions therapy and assessments
• Mediation Services
• Drug & Alcohol screening

We provide a sliding fee scale to determine the cost of services and groups, and also accept Medicaid and most forms of insurance as payment. Some grants may be available for those who qualify. For more information about The Counseling Center's Groups and services, please call (765) 742-4848.

Specialized services offered at The Counseling Center include:

Substance Abuse Assessment
Fees are based on sliding fee scale - ranges from $90 - $180 per assessment and are determined by proof of household income. Ninety dollars ($90) is due at first appointment, with remainder due before final report is released to referral source if necessary. Not eligible for coverage under insurance and/or Medicaid.

Substance Abuse Therapy
Fees: Based on sliding fee scale. An assessment fee will be required at the initial appointment to determine your history and to prepare a treatment plan. Weekly therapy will begin after completing the assessment with a therapist specializing in substance abuse addictions. Random urine drug screens may be given at the discretion of the therapist, and will be included in the fees.

***The Counseling Center maintains competitive fees for services and accepts Medicaid and most insurance as forms of payment. Fee adjustments are available and there is limited grant funding that may subsidize services. The Counseling Center is committed to ensuring that financial concerns do not hinder a person's ability to begin the healing process
