Description: Interacts with and supervises youth from ages 5-11 and 12-18; Ensures that the 40 Developmental Assets are being brought into the lives of participating youth at the Youth Underground Drop-In Center within South Side Community Center.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have previous child care experience and possess High School Diploma or GED. Demonstrate knowledge and abilities to plan and implement age appropriate activities, and supervise children. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Description: Maintenance works in all facilities of CFRC. Responsibilities include but are not limited to repairing building’s plumbing and electrical systems, painting, landscaping, light janitorial work, and assisting with special events.

Description: To provide a safe and caring environment o the bus and in the kitchen or classroom for the children and families enrolled in the Head Start program.

Position: Full-time

Description: To supervise and coordinate activities of Youth Underground and Triangle Park staff and volunteers. This position will work with the Youth Development Coordinator to plan and implement YUG/TC activities, organize clubs and special activities, monitor YUG membership, and to select and purchase materials for these two programs.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have previous child care experience and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Demonstrate knowledge and abilities to plan and implement age appropriate activities, and supervise children and staff. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Hours will be 11-8 p.m. (12-9 p.m. during the summer); 5 days per week with some weekend hours required.

Description: Position provides individual, family, and group therapy to children and families, primarily those recovering from abuse and neglect issues. In-home and in-office work required. Master's degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or counseling; experience working with children required. Travel within Tippecanoe County and flexible schedule required.

Description: Assists in planning, organizing and directing all aspects of classroom services for children by performing the following duties: Assisting classroom staff in planning individual and group activities to stimulate language, and the social, emotional, intellectual and physical growth of children. Assisting classroom staff in emphasizing aspects of literacy and cultural diversity in all aspects of the program. Assisting classroom staff in program planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Participating in the evaluation process, case conferences, and the management of services for children with disabilities. Supporting parents throughout the process, adapts classrooms and activities to include children with disabilities. Assists families and children with transitions. Facilitating inter-agency and intra-agency collaborations that support the CFRC mission. Assisting with related special projects or other tasks as required.

Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
