The purpose of Case Management is to provide support and instruction to parents as they complete tasks in order to have their family reunified. These tasks may be getting a job, moving or finding appropriate housing, completing education, learning safety for their children, learning to increase their parenting skills. The staff will assist the clients in any way they can to help get the family back together.

The purpose of Interactive Supervised Visitation is to provide a safe, friendly atmosphere for children and families to visit with one another. The Visit Facilitator is present to ensure that nothing happens that could harm the children and is also available to offer parents feedback about how their words and actions can help their children.

The Family Preservation Program provides visitation rooms furnished with a variety of toys, games, and craft items; parents are encouraged to bring additional age-appropriate activities to the visit. Parents are also encouraged to bring a snack or meal for the children; kitchen facilities are available for families' use as well. The visiting parent is responsible for bringing items necessary for their children's hygienic care, i.e. a diaper bag. With the approval of the Visit Facilitator, families may opt to leave the building to go to a public place during a visit, such as a park, restaurant, etc.

Different levels of visit supervision are available, allowing families who demonstrate appropriate interactions with the Visit Facilitator in the room to move to a less direct form of supervision. At the Visit Facilitator's discretion, families may be audio-monitored, have home visits, or have predominantly unsupervised visits with occasional checks by a Visit Facilitator.

The purpose of the Safe Exchange Program is to allow separated parents in conflict avoid confrontation during the exchange of their children for visitation. The purpose of this program is to also provide a safe, friendly, neutral atmosphere for parents to drop off and pick up their children for and from an unsupervised visitation.

On the day of the exchange, the non-custodial adult will arrive before the custodial adult and children. The visit facilitator will provide the exchange by moving the children through the building without the parents coming into contact with each other. This process will then be reversed at the end of the visit, which is most often at the end of the weekend.
